2020 - Writing Curriculum
2021 - Spring and Summer, Repeat in 2020
We develop curriculum to deliver training for people with a wide range of education backgrounds. We will hire and train employees in seed forecasting followed by seed collecting and, finally, seed processing. We will then hire and train specialists in drone surveying, photographing, filming and disseminating encased seeds in winter. Many jobs extend through all seasons, thus creating long-term permanent employment.
2020-2021 - Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer Ad Infinitum
We are developing plant lists with their phenological data of species, including those of Indigenous cultural value, collected in their forests, wetlands and riparian areas. We select seed which provides the greatest ecosystem service, meaning the greatest benefits to people (survival and quality of life) from the nature. To achieve this, we also assist species migration and other scientific-driven restoration methodologies to support natural regeneration.

2020 - Winter, Every Season Benchmarked to the Season Before
We analyze every step of our work through carbon auditing, spatial analysis and long-term record keeping. We continue to measure the carbon footprint of collecting, encasing and disseminating seed. And, we outline the potential scope to enhance north communities through livelihood creation so we can contribute to true prosperity.
